About ESGI

ESGI operates across the world’s major business centers including Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, New York and London.

Founded by Christine Houston in 1998, ESGI is an exclusively senior-to-senior leadership advisory consulting firm. The company works with a limited number of clients to ensure that all aspects of the candidate/client relationship are personally handled by Christine and her senior team.

At the heart of ESGI is the value of relationships. We do not use auto-filtering technology or rely on names and data derived from sources such as LinkedIn, Bloomberg or ZoomInfo. Our value comes from our many years working with clients in specific industry sectors and the relationships we have developed with the professionals working in these.

We believe in working with a limited number of clients and develop long-term relationships. We have worked with many leaders over the years, helping them build representative and diverse organizations, as well as strategizing to anticipate future talent needs.
