Will Bedoucha Will Bedoucha, Research Consultant
Will Bedoucha joined ESGI as a Research Consultant to focus on Financial Services, Real Estate and Technology related assignments.

Prior to joining ESGI, Mr. Bedoucha was a Consultant for a Tokyo-based recruitment firm representing their Hong Kong office for their Asia Pacific practice where he specialized in finance and technology sector appointments. His professional experience also includes experience working in marketing and communications for a luxury Swiss watch company, as well as in financial sales within the insurance sector.

Mr. Bedoucha completed his M.A. in Organization Studies from Warwick Business School in the United Kingdom, and his BBA in Management of Organizations from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is fluent in English and Cantonese, as well as conversant in Mandarin.


Stephanie Leung Stephanie Leung, Research Consultant
Stephanie Leung is a Research Consultant focusing on financial services related assignments.

Prior to joining ESGI, Ms. Leung worked at Korn/Ferry International, Hudson and WoodHamill specializing in research for banking and financial services. Her background includes market mapping and name generation as well as researching for human resources and legal services assignments.

Ms. Leung has a B.A. in Economics from the University of British Columbia, Canada. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Sarah Poon Sarah Poon, Research Consultant
Sarah Poon is a Research Consultant focusing on financial services and technology related assignments. She gained her recruitment experience from working as a researcher in Charterhouse Partnership, which is an Australian-based recruitment agency as well as working as an Associate Consultant at Hudson. She has exposure to recruitment across private banking, corporate banking, consumer banking as well as investment banking within the banking and finance industry.

Prior to joining the recruitment industry, Ms. Poon worked in the telecommunications industry for 10 years. She had experience working on both above-the-line and below-the-line marketing programs, organizing events as well as in the Customer Service department.

Ms. Poon holds a B.A. from the University of British Columbia, Canada. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
